If you can't remember your unlock code, please specify either the email address that you currently have on record with us, or the numeric part only of your reference number (which will start with the letters TA).
If that does not work because you have changed your email address, then you can use the form above to contact me and I will try to find your unlock code in the database. Please include as much information as you can to help me find the code, such as when you registered and what email address you might have been using at the time etc. You can avoid this trouble in the future by keeping your details up to date on the "My Settings" page in the OTZ.
